Louis (sic) A. Linderman, 5, a resident of South Street Healthcare, died there at 5 a.m. Tuesday, Jan 18. He had been in failing health and a resident of the health facility the past two years. Mr. Linderman was born July 22, 1909 in North Dakota. He moved to Lafayette in 1950 and worked at Lafayette Loan and Trust Bank. He married Caroline Kanine (Canine) in Crawfordsville on May 27, 1927. She preceded him in death in 1974. Surviving are a daughter, Dorothy Weikel of Lafayette, and a half brother, Ed Linderman of Grand Rapids, Mich. Private family services will be at a later date. - kbz
